Sara has over 20 years’ experience in Global Talent Management and Development within international and multicultural organizational environments; she is a certified ICF coach and career counselor with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence assessment and development.

My Experience as an Internal Coach,
Silverio Damiani

Silverio is an ICF credentialed coach, ACC and licensed career coach with nearly 30 years'  experience in multicultural and international environments. 


His passion lies in guiding individuals towards their best selves, blending empathy, insight, and practical strategies. He is committed to supporting people through career transitions, leadership development, and personal growth journeys, helping them thrive in today’s diverse world.


In this webinar, Silverio describes his initial path to coaching, what lead him to embrace these professional skills and how useful they were to his role as a manager. 


But Silverio went further, he became a professional certified coach, and together with a group of peers created internal coaching services in his organization. In this second part of the interview we learn the initiative and creativity that was put into providing a coaching support for all colleagues in the organization, from individual coaching to coaching skills workshops.


What started as online live workshops aimed at connecting colleagues with one another during the pandemic, has turned into a full-fledged internal coaching offer in his organization.

Katie has a long career as senior exectuive and is current HR Director of IRU. Her career bridges private sector an NGOs, where she has led complex organizational change initiatives, including creating a coaching culture.

In this interview she will tell us about what brought her to coaching, how she transformed her leadership style by adopting a coaching approach which allowed her to free up her time and empower her colleageus.


Kirsten gives a detailed account of the how she introduced coaching in her organization, and gives excellent tips for anyone wishing to do the same.
